Facing the World alone

Feeling alone,
Feeling forgotten
Feeling lost,
Feeling scared,
Wish I had someone to turn to
To go to for shelter,
When the rain starts,
Wish I had someone to hold me,
Hug me,
Love me,
Make me believe,
It’ll be okay,
Up against the world alone,
I face my demons on my own,
Try to be brave,
